What energising three days to spend with a group of audacious women who opened themselves to new experiences, found courage to be vulnerable, and committed to moving closer to who they are being in their impossible dreams. As Margaret Mead said “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

Do you know that scientific research demonstrated that a group of Olympic athletes who physically trained only 25% of the time, and mentally trained 75% of the time, outperformed the group who physically trained 100% of the time?

I experienced the power of focus, commitment and trust when Sensei Traian Dumbravean invited our participants to break the cement bricks. It was scary and slightly unbelievable; I looked around the attendees.. The thought appeared “Will there be any broken arms?”  and yet when we tuned into our focus, commitment, trust and power of visualisation of your hand going through a cement brick, all 18 of us did it! None of us have tried it before. Thank you, Traian, for creating this powerful experience and sharing your gifts with us!

Imagine what we can create if we commit to being the version of ourselves in our impossible dreams! And all of our attendees have audacious dreams which would change the world!

I had so much fun being in the dance of creation with Alina Addison (She/Her)Carmen Balacianu and Sylvia Rohde-Liebenau.
Thank you Christopher Maher for guiding us to embody 32 higher qualities of audacious leaders and Tina Reimer for bringing dance  and play to our retreat, and to Koralia HumeMary Alder-Bentley, and Laura Cioc for helping us to make the retreat happen!
